At The Culture Ethnic we take pride in offering quality, handmade ethnic products. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth return or exchange process.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The return request is raised within 7 days of product delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.
Note Products purchased on sale/discount are not eligible for return, unless they are damaged or defective.

Exchange Policy

Conditions for exchange:
Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Item must meet all return eligibility conditions.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your requested product is unavailable for exchange, we will offer a coupon code or store credit valid for 6 months.
Damaged or Wrong Product Received?
We’re really sorry if that happens. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Unboxing video for verification
Your order number
We will review and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, based on the issue.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued only for eligible returns after the returned item passes our quality check.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 To 7 working days after return approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or UPI.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error wrong or damaged item.

🚚 Return Shipping
For eligible returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup wherever serviceable.
In some pin codes, customers may need to self ship the item. We Will share the return address and reimburse the shipping cost up to ₹100 if the return is approved.
